PAN AP Congress

The Second PAN AP Congress was held in Penang, Malaysia from 30 September to 2 October 2009 with the theme Advancing Food Sovereignty, Strengthening People’s Movements. Bringing together partner organisations and other individuals from 14 countries, the Congress identified impacts, gaps and challenges and developed future campaign strategies and overall direction. The Congress reflected the growing enthusiasm and commitment of all those who were part of the network, partaking in the continuous struggle to empower people for change.
